Formed in 2002, the vision of the Association is ‘To be the leading network for professional women in Trinidad & Tobago’, and its mission is:

• To build a community of female executives who support each other in becoming more effective in the business world,
• To develop and implement programs that will stimulate our members’ personal and professional growth,
• To provide mentoring opportunities for women entering or re-entering the work force,
• To offer a forum for the exchange of ideas and resources.

We can 'Make Women Winners', by exposing them to networking opportunities, leadership training and business ideas, and this will be realised through a creative and appealing agenda of seminars and workshops. Currently, AFETT draws inspiration from over 100 successful companies which represent its active and diverse membership. Our pledge is to keep our programme of activities relevant to the changing needs of female professionals in our country.
