A series of professional development seminars for younger professionals (male and
female) These seminars target women and men in the workforce who may not have all the skills needed to take them up the corporate ladder. They are designed to appeal
to entrance level employees as well as middle management. Participants gain the
skills not normally offered by learning institutions or workplaces in Trinidad and
Tobago. Such overlooked skills are often crucial in determining promotion, salary
raise and leading a balanced life.
